Please complete the online booking form. When we receive the completed form we will email you our bank transfer details for payment of your deposit of £100 or 150 euros per person or the full fee (with discount as applicable).

Alternatively, you can print off the a booking form and send it together with the deposit or full fee to:

Yoga Plus
32 Seaford Close

Full payment is required 4 weeks before departure. If you are late meeting the due date you must notify us, otherwise we will consider letting the place go, as we often have a waiting list for space.

If we have space available, bookings can be made up to the day of departure although immediate payment must be made either in the UK or, if agreed, on arrival at Yoga Plus.

One week bookings: one week bookings are welcomed and course teachers will do their best to provide classes allowing for both one and two week guests. Accommodation type can be requested and this will be dependent on spaces available. Accommodation allocation is decided the week before the commencement of the session and two week guests will have priority on choice of room.

All accommodation is on a shared basis with either one or two others. There is a supplement for having a room on a single basis (see details on booking information).

Fees include accommodation, breakfast and courses but not travel or insurance. We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance and are aware of our cancellation fees listed on the previous page.

Cancellation charges are based on how many days before your holiday we receive your notification of cancellation and are as follows:

  • More than 4 weeks – Deposit**
  • 4 weeks or less – 50% of total fee
  • 4 – 7 days – 90% of total fee
  • Less than 4 days – total cost of holiday

** Please note: your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another year although it may be possible to transfer it to another session within the current season.

In most cases cancellation fees are covered by your travel insurance and we strongly recommend that you make arrangements to provide insurance cover for your travel and holiday as Yoga Plus cannot be held responsible or accept any liability for any costs incurred as the result of: cancellations, delays or changes brought about by war or threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, fire, natural disaster, technical problems with transport, or any other events beyond our control; accidents to guests or medical conditions which may develop during or after the holiday; loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants. While every effort is made to ensure the safety of our guests, all our courses are undertaken at your own risk.

Yoga Plus does not accept liability for theft or damage to personal possessions; personal injuries or medical conditions that develop during or after the holiday; or any costs, cancellations or changes incurred as a result of fire, natural disaster, war or threat of war, industrial action, technical problems with transport, airport closure or any other events beyond our control.

All information on our website is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing. We make every attempt to provide the courses advertised and in case of cancellation by a tutor we will do our best to replace it with a similar course.

It is advisable to check with your medical practitioner that you are able to participate in the yoga and other classes. You should inform the office and teachers on-site of any pre-existing medical conditions.

There will be a disclaimer form to sign at Yoga Plus.
