Course details

Ashtanga yoga

Teachers: Radha and Pierre.
Ashtanga yoga classes are held from Sunday to Friday. Saturday is a free day.

There are NO Yoga classes on full-moon and new-moon (this does not apply to the other activities).

Tai Chi/Chi Kung

Teachers: Michael Burgess & Alison Gould

These sessions will provide skills to enhance health and well being and to develop awareness of Qi using the principles of Tai Chi & Qi Gong. It will be centred around the 18 step Taijiqigong form and work with the principles of relaxation, rooting, yielding, centering, sensitivity, intention and visualisation common to all Chinese internal arts. The 18 step form which will be at the core of this course was created by a famous Qi Gong master and Doctor, Master Lin Hou Sheng in China. In western terms it is said to improve the condition of the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve digestive function.

Anna Ravkin with be offering Shiatsu massage throughout the season.
